1. Subscription Payments
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Because your subscription grants immediate access to active AI features, automation tools, integrations, and resources, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
2. Free Trials & Demos
If a free trial or demo period is offered, you will not be billed until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees after billing
- Setup fees
- Add-on services
- Usage-based fees (if applicable)
- Any third-party service costs
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and correct any valid errors.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Automatic account suspension
- Loss of access to AI features and data
