3. AI Conversations, Recordings & Consent

Our Services may log, transcribe, or record voice and chat interactions for functionality and improvement. You are solely responsible for providing any legally required call-recording or data-collection notices to your customers.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans may renew automatically. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in service interruption.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Send unauthorized marketing messages
• Harass users or customers
• Engage in data collection without consent
• Use AI responses as legal, medical, or financial advice

We may disable accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

ReceptionGenie.ai owns or licenses all software, designs, branding, and proprietary technology. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell our Services. You own the content you provide.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or permanent availability of any feature. We may update or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting platforms, communication tools, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or actions of third-party systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReceptionGenie.ai is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or data
• Business interruptions
• Errors generated by AI responses

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReceptionGenie.ai from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, non-payment, fraud, or harmful activity. After termination, access to the Services will stop immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes must be resolved in Florida courts.
